✨ Simple, Savory, & Packed with Protein✨


Here’s what you need:

šŸ… Whole TomatoesĀ (a great way to save overripe ones from the compost!)

🧈 Cold Butter (trust me, it makes all the difference)

šŸ§… White Onion

šŸ§„ GarlicĀ (fresh or paste)

šŸ Protein PastaĀ (I love chickapeapasta – the sauce soaksĀ right in!)

✨ Nutritional Yeast (for that cheesy, umami kick)

🌿 Italian Spice & Salt


How to Make It:

1ļøāƒ£ Dice onions & sautĆ© in olive oil.

2ļøāƒ£ Blend tomatoes with cold butter & garlic into a chunky puree.

3ļøāƒ£ Pour the tomato and butter mixture into the pan with the onions & let it simmer.

4ļøāƒ£ Add salt & Italian spice, then cook until warm & bubbling.

5ļøāƒ£ Pour over your favorite pasta shape & top with a generous sprinkle of nutritional yeast.
